i'm not sure if i should start doing separate blogs for different categories of posts, but so far my posts have been rather haphazard in topic. so far i've done music reviews, a short story, television reviews, funny photo posts, diary posts, things that annoy me in the world and a news post. as a follower, what would you like to see come out of this blog?
in all honesty, i thought this would be a great medium to promote music that i made, but i haven't been working on anything lately with my new equipment. expect to see that in the future after i move, regardless of what i decide to specify this url space to.
so i'm going to leave it up to a poll, something short and quick. it will give me a good idea on what to focus on, as all i want to do is please you. have you noticed yet that i've used commas in every sentence so far? yeah, what's that about?
new topics i could talk about this week: a more in-depth look at the roommate and her white rat dog that ruined my whole senior year at university, how awesome i think the uk series skins is, how unbelievably funny 30 rock, community and archer were last night, predictions for the super bowl, my plans to move (which are already happening as soon as someone hires me in the city), information about life you can take to heart, how i'm on the fence about blue valentine (it was just okay, imo), teaching my followers some nihongo, more obscure music that brings me joy, or funny videos in general (betting this will be most popular). video games are also an option, but there are a lot of those already.

as a follower the blogs I enjoy most are the ones that are random -- or not too strictly themed. like a blog about movies is cool, as long as it's not only about old western films. or about sports, as long as it's not all about a specific team. it's way too hard to relate/comment to those ones. so imo, just share whatever.

If I were you I'd make a blog entirely about music (I'm a hardcore musical listener) and a blog about everything (this). Or at least that's what I've done.

You can never have too many things to talk about! I suffer too much from having nothing to blog about T_T
nothing wrong with switching topics every day...make mondays about video games, tuesdays something personal, wed could be for weeaboos, or just mix it up based on how your day goes. no need to stick to a schedule or even one post a day, seperate topics into different posts and go off at random.

having too blogs doesnt help I beleive. You can use 1 blog as potpourri and by that way ur followers can also keep track o versatile entries:)
just keep one blog. what i've found is that people lose interest when you have more than one blog, unless you're updating both each day. but you're lucky... I run out of shit to talk about lol, so its usually a challenge to come up with something for my daily posts

Be what you want to be, not what everyone else want you to be. I would rather read blogs that are personal and describing the person behind it as watching Internet Videos or looking at pictures. Maybe you could combine these two things.

I've only seen the first episode of the US series and I was let down by the lack of imagination if I'm honest, I think they could do a better job of tailoring the show to an American audience. Also, the UK version goes downhill in my opinion after the 2nd series - but I'll leave you to make up your own mind! Have you ever heard of 'Shameless'?

keep one blog with different tags for different topics, that would be the best way in my opinion
don't be afraid to go 'off topic' for a few days or even weeks....if you're reading a book or have watched a movie, write about it, if you've had an argument with someone, write about that..easy lol

Yeah, a little diversity is always welcome, i like if I don't know what to expect and be surprised, although of course that leads to disappointment sometimes. But that's life! Only thing I personally would not want to see is a blog about video games. But if it's not first person shooters or role playing games, it might be okay, too. I always preferred adventure games.
I'm OK with everything, really. But plz no vids of 40 minutes. I don't watch them.
